1. Service provider

2. Scope of service

Numwisely provides tools for transaction upload and review, recurring expense tracking, invoice creation, schedule-based invoice sending, and related workflow support.

You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of financial records, legal tax treatment, and final invoice content before sending to clients or authorities.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must provide truthful account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
• You are responsible for data uploaded by your account users.

4. Invoice and email features

Invoice creation, schedule-based sending, and SMTP configuration are provided as operational tools. Delivery outcomes can depend on third-party email infrastructure and recipient-side filtering.

You are responsible for verifying recipient details, lawful messaging practices, and invoice compliance in your jurisdiction before dispatch.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to breach, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not upload malware, harmful content, or data you have no right to process.
• Do not use the platform to send unlawful or unsolicited mass email campaigns.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

8. Data protection

Personal data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you confirm you have a lawful basis for processing personal data you upload or manage in the platform.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law. Disputes are handled by competent courts in Finland unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
